SOAR - building effective partnerships for children, youth & families

SOAR is the coalition working together to promote the healthy development of children, youth & families in King County by:

Promoting collaboration & joint action projects between early childhood and youth development providers based on shared goals and a common vision;
Creating networks & centralizing resources to strengthen connections between individuals, organizations and communities; and
Supporting advocacy by catalyzing our partners to improve the conditions and support systems for children, youth and families.

Doing work that no single agency can accomplish alone, SOAR builds and strengthens effective partnerships and aligns community strategies to support children and youth (birth-18).

If you are an organization, parent, youth, business, local government, funder, coalition or other stakeholder working for the success of kids from birth to age eighteen, you are part of this vision and we encourage you to join in this exciting partnership.
