SOAR connects, convenes and catalyzes communities in King County in order to create a welcoming, safe and empowering environment to give young people from prenatal care to young adulthood the opportunity to reach their full potential.

King County Youth Advisory Council

The Youth Advisory Council arose as a result of there being a need for a unified youth voice movement in King County. The council is made up of youth aged 16-24 who are young leaders from all walks of life. For more information click here
